(1) With the world's exclusive hydrometallurgical technology - "Nabis acid leaching method"

The company has nearly 30 years of deep cultivation in the field of metallurgy and chemical industry, and the stable core technical team has developed the "Nabis acid leaching method" technology package, which is mainly used in the comprehensive utilization of low-grade, difficult to handle, polymetallic co-associated complex primary resources and secondary solid waste resources, and has successfully opened up the whole process technology of extracting alumina by using China's two major solid waste coal gangue and fly ash. It not only solves the problem of solid waste environmental protection that has plagued our country for many years, but also ,more importantly, reduces our country's dependence on aluminum resources. In addition, the technology has also made a major breakthrough in the treatment of blast furnace waste from China's world-class large-scale vanadium titanium magnetite by-product.

(2) It has the world's largest reserves of vanadium titanium primary ore and fly ash solid waste resources

According to the national important strategic resource plan, vanadium and titanium slag is one of the most important intermediate products in the comprehensive utilization of resources industry chain, and is an important raw material for smelting and producing vanadium alloy and metal vanadium, ensuring the continuous production of titanium dioxide and titanium sponge and reducing the waste of titanium ore resources. In northern Shaanxi, southern Inner Mongolia and on both sides of the Yellow River in western Shanxi, a large number of "high aluminum dust ash" is widely distributed, with an average alumina content of about 50-60%, containing 85 grams of gallium, 290 grams of lithium and 20 grams of scandium, and the market price of these metals has far exceeded the value of coal itself. Therefore, the board of Directors of the company has formulated a strategic development plan for the construction of an industrial base for the treatment of vanadium and titanium blast furnace waste slag project in the Southwest China (hereinafter referred to as the "Southwest Base") and the construction of an industrial base for the treatment of high aluminum dust ash project in the Northwest China(hereinafter referred to as the "Northwest Base").

(3) With China's three major solid waste reduction environmental protection and sparse metal reuse policy support

In recent years, from the national level, provincial government level to the local government level, the official repeatedly introduced corresponding policies to vigorously support solid waste recycling and sparse metal reuse.

The company has formulated a dual-base strategic development plan for the industrial base of vanadium titanium blast furnace waste slag treatment project in Southwest China and the industrial base of high aluminum dust ash treatment project in Northwest China. With the strong support of relevant local and national policies, the company focuses on the core technology "Nabis acid leaching method". It can not only follow the policy guidance to solve the multiple problems of high strength of bulk solid waste in China, inadequate utilization, and low added value of comprehensive utilization products, but also create huge economic benefits and drive the rapid economic development of local tax revenue and employment.
